Summer Showers, Some Are Storms

There's something wondrously cheery about a summer shower; the coolness of rain filled with glowing warmth from the sun, all dripping radiantly down as molten light. Do you think that's how God sees the storms in our lives? Does our Father see every slanting raindrop as it falls on our paths—only through the lens of hope and future and clout, not with doubt? Maybe he smiles radiantly into our trials with brightness that lights our way.

It seems we complain about most anything at all; when He illuminates our path we only see the monster before us and not the clearly lit path out.

How often do we even realize His blessing on us that we may even have a lit path by which to see our obstacles?
